Scope of this policy
This policy explains the privacy practices of the MD PULSE — MEDIC PULSE informational website. It describes the site as currently configured: medical equipment information, category navigation and browser-only project planning fields. It does not cover a medical service, patient portal, online store or clinical consultation.
References to “this website” mean the MD PULSE pages. Hosting, access control and ChatGPT account services are separate platform services, with their own privacy information.

MD PULSE — MEDIC PULSE is the name presented on this website. The legal entity operating under this name and its dedicated privacy contact have not yet been specified.

The project planning fields are not a contact channel. For a question about this private site, use the existing channel through which its owner shared access. For ChatGPT account or platform data, use the privacy request options in the OpenAI policy linked below.

Purposes and legal bases
The website uses browser interactions to show equipment information and let visitors outline a project locally. Infrastructure processing supports page delivery, access control, security and troubleshooting.
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, the operator must identify the basis that applies to its actual processing. Necessary site operation and security may be supported by legitimate interests where lawful and after the required assessment; processing required by law may rely on a legal obligation. These are not a claim that a particular assessment has been completed.
The current application has no marketing subscription or optional tracking. Visiting this page is not treated as consent to advertising or unrelated use of personal data. The operator must confirm its applicable legal bases when completing the operator details above.

Retention and deletion
There is no MD PULSE application database holding planning entries. Values remain in the active page and are not deliberately persisted by the site. You can clear the fields; your browser may independently restore or autofill them.
Retention of technical and access records depends on the hosting and security services and their configured policies. A site-specific log retention period has not been confirmed, so this notice does not state an invented number of days.
The operator must confirm any records it can access, their retention periods or criteria, and any legally required preservation before this notice can be treated as complete for that processing.

International processing
Hosting and account services may process information in countries other than your own. The locations, contractual arrangements and transfer safeguards depend on the providers and the services used.
Where international-transfer rules apply, the responsible organization must use a permitted transfer mechanism and provide the required information. The site operator has not yet documented its specific transfer arrangements in this notice. Provider policies below explain their own practices.

Where the GDPR applies, these may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, subject to the relevant conditions. Consent can be withdrawn where processing actually relies on it. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority.
This application does not perform profiling or make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects through automated processing.
Requests about the operator’s processing should be directed to the operator using the contact route in section 2 until a dedicated privacy contact is published. Requests about platform account data should go to the relevant provider. A request may require proportionate identity verification; do not send medical records or unnecessary identity documents. Applicable statutory response periods and exceptions govern the response.

This site is intended for professional medical-equipment planning and is not directed at children. It does not invite children to create an account or submit information to MD PULSE.
Links to external policies or other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Simply viewing locally hosted equipment photos does not submit information to the original photography sources. Clicking an external link creates a request to that destination.

Updates and provider information
This policy will be revised when the website’s features or data practices change. The date at the top identifies the current version. A future inquiry form, analytics service, newsletter or other data-collection feature would require updated disclosures and, where required, a lawful consent mechanism before activation.
